Free Community Concert – Will Sampson Hall

October 6, 2007

As well as being publicised to the local community, this performance supported the residents of the local aged care facility, Amity.

Overall it was a wonderful day. There were approximately 40 people in the audience; our biggest crowd yet for a community concert. For added excitement, the Band wore eye patches and hoisted a jolly roger while Erich’s parrot kept an eye on the audience during a rousing rendition of Pirates of the Caribbean.

The Concert was part of the City of Stonnington Senior’s Festival, which the Band looks forward to continuing to support in the coming year.
